Just 2 km from a charming Périgord village, Maison La Plaine welcomes you for a stay combining comfort, tranquility, and discovery.
Recently renovated, this semi-detached house next to our home offers an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday, while being close to castles, caves, rivers, and picturesque villages all within 25 km.
The nearby village offers a well-stocked grocery store with fresh bread and local products, as well as a friendly bar-restaurant.
Its square, shaded by plane trees, regularly hosts traditional games and pétanque matches on weekends, perfect for immersing yourselves in local life.
The holiday home has two bedrooms upstairs, each with a private bathroom (toilet, shower, sink).
The first bedroom offers a 160x200 cm double bed with new bedding, while the second has a 140x190 cm double bed and a 90x190 cm single bed, also with new bedding.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and small appliances), a dining area, a comfortable living room with TV, and an additional bathroom.
Outside, enjoy a private terrace and a relaxation area, ideal for outdoor meals or simply savoring the peace of the Périgord countryside.
Bed linen and towels are provided for a convenient and pleasant stay.

Vous recherchez le calme de la campagne, venez chez Marie Jo et Jean Marc.
L'accueil est chaleureux et sympathique.
Idéalement placé, leur gite bien équipé et confortable est parfait pour visiter les différents sites du Périgord.
On y trouve de très bons produits fermiers.

Accueil chaleureux de Marie JO et Jean Marc. Au calme. Nouvellement rénové. On peut trouver de bons produits de la ferme de leur fils Julien. Nous recommandons vivement. Épicerie bien achalandée au village tout proche.
