With a view of the mountain, the holiday apartment "Dos Mares" in Motril is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available. The holiday apartment features a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a balcony.
Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from June to September), a garden, a playground and an outdoor shower. Pool schedule: May: Friday to Sunday from 11:00 to 15:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 June: First half: Friday to Sunday from 11:00 to 15:00 and 17:00 to 22:00/ Second half: Every day from 11:00 to 15:00 and 17:00 to 22:00 July and August: Every day from 11:00 to 15:00 and 17:00 to 22:00 September: First half: Every day from 11:00 to 15:00 and 17:00 to 21:00/ Second half: Friday to Sunday from 11:00 to 15:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 The property is located close to the beach and within walking distance of public transport links. A parking space is available in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise between 12 am and 9 am and between 3 pm and 5 pm. The property has step-free access and interior, an elevator is available in the building. There are security cameras at the entrance of the urbanisation. Leaflets and brochures with useful information and recommendations are provided on site. This property has light and water-saving features. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
