Casa Romántica is situated on the outskirts of Salobrena, in a residential urbanisation in the countryside.
The house is less than 15 minutes drive from the town of Salobrena (6km). To get to the house you have to climb several stairs (about 35 steps) but it is well worth it, as once at the top you can enjoy spectacular views of the sea, the mountains and the castle of Salobrena.
The best thing about the house is its terrace, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner or even a barbecue next to the swimming pool (good size and open all year round), it is ideal for the whole family.
The house, built in the 80's, is in its original state and is decorated in the traditional Spanish style of the time.
This house is for those families who want to enjoy a quiet holiday on the outskirts of the village but still be within easy reach of the beach and the good restaurants that Salobrena and the surrounding area has to offer.
The two storey house consists of a small open plan kitchen, living-dining room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms all with showers (the house can accommodate 6 people). All bedrooms and the living room have AC.The house has WIFI.
Parking is available on the street, even in high season.
Pets are allowed on request (please contact us before booking). Events and parties are forbidden.
Access stairs to the house are from the road.
There are no handrails, although the steps are wide and the last part of the steps are adjacent to the house, therefore there are low garden walls for support.
This house is not suitable for the elderly or people with reduced mobility.
It is essential to have a car to go to the village where you will find all kinds of services: supermarkets such as Mercadona, Lidl, Carrefour, banks, restaurants, parks, pharmacies and the arabic castle from the 10th century.

La zona es muy tranquila. Está a tan solo 10 minutos del pueblo. Las vistas son espectaculares, la zona es muy tranquila, la piscina es grande.
La casa tiene absolutamente de todo: para fuera de la casa: tiene hinchables para la piscina, tumbonas para 6 personas, barbacoa, una mesa y sillas para 6 ...

Cisza , spokój, duży, czysty basen (trochę za głęboki 1,8m na małym fragmencie, a na pozostałym grubo ponad 2 metry). Trzeba to wziąć pod uwagę w przypadku podróży z małymi dziećmi. Dom kompletnie wyposażony, nawet w szafkach kuchennych podstawowe przyprawy, chemia użytkowa, np. tabletki do zmywarki...
