The villa Andaluza is located in Almunecar just a short walk from the beach.
This 150 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning (1 bedroom does not have A/C but has a fan and heating), a fan, a washing machine as well as satellite TV.
An extra bed can be provided for a fee.A high chair and a crib are available upon request at no extra cost.
The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool (open all year round), a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

La casa es mejor incluso que en las fotos, limpísima con todo lo necesario, incluso toallas para la piscina y playa, secador, plancha...Los dueños muy atentos, nos explicaron el funcionamiento de todo, y los lugares para visitar. Sin duda repetiremos

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour partagé entre piscine / plage et visites culturelles.
Renata, qui a une excellente maitrise du français nous a accueilli chaleureusement et la villa est spacieuse et bien équipée.

La casa es una pasada ya que es muy grande y las vistas tanto de la terraza como de la piscina son estupendas, las camas son mejorables pero el resto del moviliario mejor que en las fotos si cabe. El aire acondicionado del salon cuando lleva un rato suelta mucha agua mojando la pared pero con un cub...
