Welcome to Panorama Beach, a stylish apartment located within a private residential estate featuring a beautiful communal swimming pool.
This modern 80 m² apartment, complemented by a spacious 10 m² terrace, offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.
The bright open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen create a welcoming space where you can unwind and enjoy quality time together. The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with luxurious box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm), as well as two fully equipped bathrooms for added convenience. From the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the Mediterranean Sea, making it the perfect place to relax with a drink or a good book. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with a flatscreen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a private parking space.
An elevator provides direct access from the garage to the first floor.
The apartment can accommodate up to four guests. Good to know: An electricity fee is available for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited. If you would like to know the pool opening hours outside the standard season, please feel free to contact the host via the booking platform. Parties and events are not permitted. We would like to inform you that construction work is currently taking place on the adjacent plot within the complex.

Ausstattung der Wohnung optimal. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt. Ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre.
Strandutensilien wie Sonnenschirm oder Strandstühle wären wünschenswert. Warm-Wassertemperatur zu kalt. Poolbenutzung war leider ende Mai nicht möglich. Fugen im Duschbereich waren unsauber. Stromkosten von 10.00 Euro pro Tag (Holidu) unverschämt hoch.
