The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental offers 2 private open terraces, along with access to a shared outdoor area that includes a pool, garden, and playground.
The property is located in a golf course. The property is located close to the beach. Due to the extreme drought situation in this area, community and/or private swimming pools could be affected, causing their temporary closure. Free parking is available on the street and a parking space is available in a garage. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available. The property has step-free access. Please respect silence hours from midnight to 8 am. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
