In the pretty village of Vertheuil in the heart of the Médoc vineyards, cosy gite offering a perfect pied à terre to enjoy the Médoc and a quiet and cocooning break.

The gite is ideally located in the Natural Park of the Médoc, between the ports of the estuary and the ocean, calm and restful area - 30 min from the ocean beaches (Montalivet, Plage des pins) - 20 min from the lake of Hourtin and its leisure base (nautical base, hiking, biking, horse riding) -10 min from the ports of the estuary and Saint Estèphe and Pauillac. - 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1 hour from the basin and 45 minutes from Le Verdon sur Mer Where the accommodation is located : In the heart of the village of Vertheuil, one of the prettiest villages in the Médoc.

Hôtesse très accueillante, de bons conseils sur les visites des alentours...
Les chiens du voisin qui aboient même la nuit c'est dommage... Mais indépendant de la volonté des propriétaires de la location!

Eigener Parkplatz, sicher hinter verschlossenem Tor,
großer Wohn-/ Eßbereich mit großer Küche, alles da
mit Spülmaschine, Backofen und Mikrowelle.
Großes Schlafzimmer! Insgesamt ist die Deko aller Räume
etwas verspielt im französischen Stil. Jedenfalls interessant.
Die Besitzerin Vanessa war sehr bemüht, der Empfang
und die Betreuung waren super.
Im Dorf gibt es keine Infrastruktur, keine Restaurants , keine Geschäfte.
Es liegt abseits!
Das Haus ist etwas zusammengewürfelt mit einer angebauten Sauna
( die wir gar nicht brauchen ) neben der Veranda. Dadurch wirkt das
integrierte Bad nicht besonders gut.
Die Sitzmöbel und die Kissen auf der Veranda weisen deutliche
Gebrauchsspuren auf.
