In the lovely village of Vertheuil, in the heart of the Médoc vineyards, this stone house has been completely renovated recently.
You will enjoy a flowered garden, a wellness area, private access, parking, a heated pool (in season), and a terrace.
The house is comfortable and fully equipped.
It is ideally located in the Médoc Natural Park, between the estuary ports and the ocean, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood: - 30 minutes from the ocean beaches (Montalivet, Plage des Pins) - 20 minutes from Lake Hourtin and its leisure center (water sports, hiking, cycling, horse riding) - 10 minutes from the estuary ports, Saint-Estèphe, and Pauillac - 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1 hour from the bay, and 45 minutes from Verdon-sur-Mer In the center of Vertheuil, one of the most beautiful villages of the Médoc, you will find a café-restaurant with a terrace in the park of the 12th-century Abbey, a grocery store (oysters available on weekends), a bakery, a takeaway pizzeria, an eco-museum, and many wine châteaux.
To help you organize your stay, we can make recommendations for restaurants, visits, and leisure activities. *The pool is available from late April to mid-October depending on weather conditions. **The house includes a wellness area for two people, accessible via the garden and available for an extra fee.

Hôtesse très accueillante, de bons conseils sur les visites des alentours...
Les chiens du voisin qui aboient même la nuit c'est dommage... Mais indépendant de la volonté des propriétaires de la location!

Eigener Parkplatz, sicher hinter verschlossenem Tor,
großer Wohn-/ Eßbereich mit großer Küche, alles da
mit Spülmaschine, Backofen und Mikrowelle.
Großes Schlafzimmer! Insgesamt ist die Deko aller Räume
etwas verspielt im französischen Stil. Jedenfalls interessant.
Die Besitzerin Vanessa war sehr bemüht, der Empfang
und die Betreuung waren super.
Im Dorf gibt es keine Infrastruktur, keine Restaurants , keine Geschäfte.
Es liegt abseits!
Das Haus ist etwas zusammengewürfelt mit einer angebauten Sauna
( die wir gar nicht brauchen ) neben der Veranda. Dadurch wirkt das
integrierte Bad nicht besonders gut.
Die Sitzmöbel und die Kissen auf der Veranda weisen deutliche
Gebrauchsspuren auf.
