In the charming village of Vertheuil, in the heart of the Médoc vineyards, this recently renovated stone house offers a peaceful, flower-filled garden.
Enjoy private access, parking, a heated pool (in season), and a terrace.
The house is comfortable and fully equipped. Ideally located in the Médoc Natural Park, between the estuary ports and the ocean, in a quiet and relaxing area: - 30 minutes from ocean beaches (Montalivet, Plage des Pins) - 20 minutes from Lake Hourtin and its leisure center (water sports, hiking, cycling, horse riding) - 10 minutes from the estuary ports, Saint-Estèphe, and Pauillac - 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1 hour from the bay, and 45 minutes from Verdon-sur-Mer The accommodation is peaceful, in the heart of Vertheuil, one of the Médoc's most beautiful villages.
You’ll find a café-restaurant with terrace in the 12th-century Abbey park, a grocery store (with oysters from the bay on weekends), a bakery, takeaway pizzeria, an eco-museum, and many nearby wine estates. To help plan your stay, we can recommend restaurants, sights, and activities. The pool is open from late April to mid-October depending on the weather.
The house can also be rented with a guesthouse including a wellness area for two extra guests, available for an additional fee.

Hôtesse très accueillante, de bons conseils sur les visites des alentours...
Les chiens du voisin qui aboient même la nuit c'est dommage... Mais indépendant de la volonté des propriétaires de la location!
