This two-story property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dryer.
There is also a ping-pong table on the property.
For families, a crib and high chair are provided. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (which can be heated for an extra fee), a garden, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
Guests also have access to a shared open terrace on the property. Public transport links are within walking distance.
One parking space is available on the premises.
Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.
The property has no interior steps and features energy-efficient lighting. Please note that during your stay, government regulations on water usage may apply, which could affect pool use, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage. We do not accept single parties or young groups; our goal is to create a peaceful and relaxing environment.

We had three generations visiting Marbella for a family wedding - Villa Riva offered such a relaxed environment- lots of space for enjoying this part of the coast. Great fun in a beautifully modern villa. Thank you to Christina for excellent check in/ check out and advice - fully recommend!
