The property of 75 m² including terrace consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, so it can accommodate 2 people.
The apartment has a staircase with 3 steps inside.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as beach/pool towels.
The building in which the accommodation is located has an elevator.
This vacation rental features private terraces, both open and covered, for your relaxation in the evenings. This property provides access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool (open between the months of April and the end of October). There are several good restaurants by the harbor and small motorboats can be rented there. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.
No noise is permitted between midnight and 8 am. The apartment can only be booked by guests over the age of 25. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
