Located in Marbella, this beachfront holiday apartment offers an exceptional location.
The open-plan living and dining area connects seamlessly to a charming terrace overlooking the sea and Paseo Maritimo, creating the perfect setting for dining and relaxing while enjoying views of the marina entrance. The 90 m² apartment features a living room with high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, international channels, and air conditioning.
There are two bedrooms: one double with en-suite bathroom, and a twin room with terrace access and a second bathroom.
The modern kitchen, with granite countertops, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. A shared outdoor area includes a pool (open June 1st to October 1st), sun loungers, and an outdoor shower.
The apartment is ideally located near many bars, restaurants, and the picturesque old town. The building has an elevator for step-free access.
A private, secure parking space with direct apartment access is included.
Airport or train station shuttle service is available for an extra fee. On request, a baby cot and high chair with utensils are provided free of charge.
Late check-in from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am is available for an extra fee. Beach towels and bed linen are provided for your comfort.
Parties are strictly prohibited.

Check-in was easy and Rupert property manager was an excellent communicator. Apartment was updated and beautiful. Had everything we needed and had the perfect location with an amazing view. Bring a fan or a noise machine. If you are a light sleeper you’re in the middle of all the action so it can get a little noisy with the promenade, especially at night.
