How Do I Contact Guests Before Their Arrival for Airbnb and Booking.com reservations?

Here’s how to get in touch with guests who booked on Airbnb or Booking.com:

1. Log into your Holidu host account: Log in for hosts.
2. Go to the Bookings section (next to Home located in the top right-hand corner).
3. Select the booking and navigate to Guest Information.
4. Click Show More to view the guest’s phone number and any email address they may have provided.

Tips:

• Send them a WhatsApp message or give them a call using the phone number provided.
• If the guest has completed the arrival form, you’ll also see their email address—you can email them as well.

Note: For bookings made via Booking.com or Airbnb, the guest’s personal email may not be available, as these platforms keep such details private and use the platform’s internal messaging system. Guests are not required to provide their private email. In these cases, try contacting them using the phone number or WhatsApp.
