How do I permanently remove my property?
We’re sorry to hear that you’re considering removing your property. If you’re experiencing any issues or would like to deactivate your listing, our Customer Service team is here to help. Simply click the on button at the end of this article, and we will forward your request to the right team so you get the support you need.
If your property is no longer accepting guests, we recommend deactivating your listing to prevent new bookings. While your deactivation request is being processed, you can also manually block your calendar as a precaution.

Important Notes
- Check for future reservations – Please review all upcoming bookings to see if you can honour them. If any need cancelling, notify us as soon as possible via the contact form in your Holidu account (More > Contact).
- Republishing later is possible – If you decide to reactivate your property, make sure your calendar is updated and pricing is set correctly before you publish again.
- Our team can help – Our team is always ready to help you through the deactivation, reactivation, or calendar blocking processes.
Steps to Deactivate Your Property
- Log in to your Holidu Host account and select the property to remove.
- Go to Configuration and scroll to the Advanced Settings section (bottom left).
- Click Unpublish.
- In the pop-up, tick the confirmation checkbox, then click Continue.
- Select the reason for deactivation and click Continue again.
- Enter your Holidu password to confirm.
- Your property will no longer be visible and will stop accepting new bookings.
