Welcome to our Haus Labaily See & Sauna holiday home in beautiful Saxony, by the Kriebstein Reservoir near Mittweida.
Newly renovated, it offers hiking, water sports, cycling, climbing, SUP and swimming right on your doorstep.
Up to 4 guests can stay in 2 bedrooms across 50 m² of modern living space.
The water is less than a 5-minute walk away.
The large garden offers lake views and privacy without neighbours disturbing you. The furnishings are modern, with all essentials provided, including Wi-Fi. The property has a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room and a sleeping nook.
You have a large private garden, an open terrace, a balcony and a carport with parking at the house.
Air conditioning is provided.
Relax in the garden lounge, or enjoy the barbecue and table tennis table.
The on-site sauna seats 4 or more and is available for an extra fee (please arrange in advance). The lakeside sauna is not part of the property: it is booked separately and is not always available.
Hiking trails start at your doorstep, and cycling is another great way to explore. You can go canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding or simply swim and relax.
Public transport is nearby.
The grounds are not fully fenced but are enclosed by plenty of greenery. A private jetty is available for shared use. On arrival, the keys will be handed over in person or left for you to collect. Parties, events and stag or hen parties are not allowed.
One pet is welcome on request.
