The Gästewohnung Am Schwanenteich is located in the heart of Mittweida and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay across 72 m². There are 5 steps up to the apartment, but inside it is completely accessible.
You will find a bright, welcoming living room, two separate bedrooms, and a fully equipped bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and more.
A private washing machine adds extra convenience. Guests appreciate the spaciousness, peaceful atmosphere, and natural light from numerous windows with blackout options.
The apartment is centrally located—Schwanenteich park, playground, and animal enclosure are right across the street, and both the train station and city center are just a short walk away. Shops are nearby, and a weekly market takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Two bicycles are available upon request and prior arrangement for a small additional fee. Excursion tips and city maps are provided in the apartment. Wi-Fi, TV, and heating are included.
