This charming house offers comfort, space, and style across approximately 115 m2. Downstairs, you will find a large living room, a dining area with a generous table, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. At the front and back, there are large terraces with dining tables and chairs.
The surrounding garden has outdoor furniture.
On the property, you can enjoy a large shared swimming pool with a sun terrace.
The rural setting amidst nature, forests, rivers, lakes, and fields of grain and sunflowers creates a peaceful atmosphere. Enjoy meals outdoors on the terrace or lawn, fire up the barbecue, or relax with a drink at sunset.
Listen to birds and owls as your background music.
At any time, you can take a refreshing swim in the pool.
There are sun loungers in the garden and by the pool.
