Gite "Syrah" is built in an authentic style and fully renovated into a comfortable holiday home for 4 guests.
The gite is about 65 m², all on one level, with step-free access at the entrance and inside.
Through the French doors, you enter the living room with a sitting area, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher). The side room has a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has two single beds and its own bathroom as well. There are large terraces with a dining table and chairs at the front and back of the house.
The surrounding garden is furnished with outdoor furniture.
On the property, you'll find a large shared swimming pool with a sun terrace.
The rural location amid nature, forests, rivers, small lakes, grain, and sunflower fields creates a peaceful atmosphere. Enjoy meals outside on the terrace or lawn, fire up the barbecue, or relax with a drink at sunset.
Listen to birds and owls as your background music.
At any time of day, you can take a refreshing dip in the pool.
There are sun loungers in the garden and by the pool.
Children can enjoy the playground.
After swimming, you can use the outdoor shower. WiFi is available.
Bicycles are available free of charge.
A cot and high chair are available on request.
Fans are provided for warm days.
Washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. Parking is available on the property. Gas, water, electricity, WiFi, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included.
Rental is usually per week; in low season, nightly booking is possible depending on availability. We do not ask for a deposit and trust you will take good care of everything in and around the gite. Pets are welcome, but please consult us first.
