Located in Saint-Julien Labrousse in the heart of the Ardèche Mountains, this 60 sqm vacation home accommodates up to 8 guests in a fully renovated farm setting on a 24-hectare estate.
You will find 1 living room with a corner sofa that converts to sleep 2 additional guests, and 2 bedrooms upstairs featuring 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds.
The bathroom includes a shower and toilet, with an additional toilet on the landing.
The private kitchen includes a cooktop, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, and mountain views.
A baby crib is available for families traveling with infants.
Outside, you can enjoy the garden table and barbecue while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Nous avons fait une étape chez Céline et Éric pour faire la dolce via. L’accueil y est formidable. Céline et Éric sont adorables. Le gîte, quant à lui, est au cœur de la verdure, calme et reposant. De beaux espaces intérieurs pour séjourner avec deux enfants.
Nous avons passé un excellent moment!

Nous avons passé une bien agréable semaine fin juillet au gîte des Combes claires. Si vous recherchez le calme, les grands espaces, le contact avec la nature c'est le gîte où il faut aller ! Propriétaires sympathiques et discrets. Gîte fonctionnel, propre et dont la rénovation est récente. Nous recommandons.

Très bel endroit calme et reposant, cadre magnifique, vue extraordinaire. Les propriétaires Céline et Éric sont très accueillants et sympathiques et leurs chiens sont adorables.
