Located in Beauvène on a one-hectare property, Laure and Cédric welcome you to 'La Casita', a charming 80 m² holiday home accommodating up to 5 guests.
Attached to the main building where your hosts live, this house has been largely renovated with eco-friendly materials.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher) and a living area with a 140 cm sofa bed.
There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet on this level.
Upstairs, the 40 m² attic serves as the sleeping area with a king-size bed that can be converted into two singles, a double bed, and two single mattresses forming a bench.
You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding Ardèche mountains.
A small Canadian wood stove provides a cosy atmosphere during cooler seasons.
Wi-Fi access is available.
Washing machine is accessible at the host’s house.
A small terrace with barbecue is adjacent to La Casita, and you can also enjoy a large terrace above the house, with a majestic rock and spectacular views.
Two shared parking spaces are at your disposal.
Please note that this accommodation and its outdoor environment may not be suitable for young children and people with reduced mobility (contact us for more information).
Events are not allowed; the property is reserved for travellers seeking peace.
Yoga equipment is available.
Hiking, mountain biking and cycling trails start directly from the house.
Rivers for swimming are 10-15 minutes away by car, others in 30 minutes.

Treppen nicht unbedingt altersgerecht. Fernseher wäre wünschenswert
