Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Chemin Vert (line 8), is just a minute walk. The station Bréguet - Sabin (line 5) is 4 minutes away. Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. The adjoining dining room features a large table that seats up to 6 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes. The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (one double – 140x200 and two king 180x200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen.
Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably. The property features a dedicated office space, providing guests with a convenient area to work during their stay. You will also find a washing machine and a dryer for added convenience. The apartment has two bathrooms.
The first includes a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet.
The second includes a shower and a bathtub.
There is also a separate toilet. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. All that's left to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay to the fullest!

The apartment was great. It was spacious and comfortable and convenient. The Metro stop was right in front of the apartment. The only downside is that the street was a main street, and so was noisy, even at night.
