The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. This property offers access to a shared outdoor area featuring a garden, a terrace, and a barbecue. The property is conveniently located near an Italian restaurant with a wood oven, just 50 m away.
There is a good connection to the motorway, with the bus stop only 50 m from the apartment.

Wir hatten die Wohnung gemietet, um unserer Tochter, die dort ins Krankenhaus musste, nah zu sein. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir brauchten und war nur paar Minuten vom Krankenhaus gelegen. Auch der nah gelegene Wald war optimal für unseren Hund, den wir mitgebracht hatten. Der Vermieter war super...
