The 100 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine.
The apartment also offers 2 private balconies, ideal for unwinding in the evenings. Public transport is within walking distance, there are 5 supermarkets nearby, and restaurants are close by. A barbecue can be provided on request.
Parking is available on the property.
Up to 2 pets are allowed.
Babies stay free of charge.
Smoking is only permitted on the balcony, and parties or events are not allowed. The property has guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly.
