A short distance from a water park, sailing and more, this family-friendly villa lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 7-minute drive to Bellavista or the 6-minute drive to Guido Berlucchi Winery (and enjoy the property's convenient covered on-site parking in the meantime). Once you've returned to this 3229-sq-ft villa, you can unwind by the outdoor pool or sip a drink in the garden.

You may also like the deck/patio and firepit.

As for the great indoors, you can try your hand at table football, or enjoy the free Wi-Fi and cable/satellite TV. As you settle into this 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a dining area, a barbecue and a fireplace.

Bathroom amenities include a hairdryer, a bidet and towels.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle and a microwave.

And you won't have to pack extra clothes because you'll also have access to laundry facilities.

We loved the villa, it was verry beautiful and comfortable. The pool area was fantastic and we had a lovely time in Italy. Thank you verry much!
