The 62 m² property features a spacious kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a bathroom, and accommodates up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include a TV in the double bedroom and another in the kitchen. Families will find a high chair, baby bath, travel cot, bed rails, crayons, colored pencils, puzzles, and books for children.
Please note, Wi-Fi is not available.
Air conditioning is located in the hallway and cools the entire apartment. The location is convenient, with a bank, supermarket, laundromat, and bar just steps away.
The train station is a 3-minute walk, the town center and ferry terminal to Mont'Isola are 5 minutes away.
Nearby you’ll find swimming pools, public beaches, tennis courts, bike rentals, restaurants, pizzerias, and easy access to buses and trains. A parking space on the property is available for an extra fee. Free street parking is also available.
Up to 2 pets are welcome.

Appartamento in ottima posizione, spazioso e completo di tutto il necessario, proprietari disponibili e gentilissimi.
La camera da letto matrimoniale è a ridosso di una strada piuttosto trafficata, chi ha il sonno leggero potrebbe avere il riposo notturno un po' disturbato.
