Exposito’s Vacation Home is a spacious and bright 93 m² apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
It features two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a single bed. Additionally, the large living-dining room includes a comfortable double sofa bed, ideal for two adults.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and all the necessary utensils to ensure you have everything you need during your stay.
The location is unbeatable: just 20 meters away is the wonderful Las Canteras Beach, as well as the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium.
Las Arenas Shopping Center is about 250 meters away, and in the surrounding area, you’ll find two supermarkets, bus stops for getting around the island, bike lanes, a wide range of restaurants, and all kinds of shops.
It’s a perfect area for families, digital nomads, and surf lovers alike.
Whether you need to disconnect, work remotely, or simply enjoy a few relaxing days, Exposito’s Vacation Home offers everything you need.
The only downside is that parking in the area can be a bit challenging, especially during peak hours.
However, there are two private parking lots very close to the apartment that are an excellent alternative.

El propietario nos facilitó check in y nos entregó llaves a nuestra llegada, la comunicación fue muy grata y fluida, buena zona cerca de la playa de las Canteras a 3 minutos a pie. El apartamento estaba bien equipado, incluida la cocina
El estor de la habitación principal estaba suelto, y como no tenia persiana no teníamos intimidad, ya que había vecinos enfrente.

We really enjoyed our stay here. José Luis and Domingo were super responsive and very accomodating. We were able to check in early and check out late which really helps start and end our vacation with ease. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The location was ideal as we were able to walk to everything. I would love to stay here again.
