In Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the Fabulous Canteras First Beachfront holiday apartment is located right on the beach, offering excellent sea views.
The 120 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, ceramic hob with extractor, and various appliances.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. The apartment provides high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room, washing machine, DVD player, and a 55" LED TV connected to the ASTRA satellite, with over 100 free-to-air channels in English, German, French, and other languages, plus Spanish HD channels.
A second TV is available in the second bedroom.
There is also a stereo CD/Mp3 music player with smartphone/Mp3 docking station and USB port. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed; the second bedroom has 2 single beds.
The highlight is the private outdoor area: a 25 m² open terrace with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach and sea views. Parking options are available for an extra fee. Smoking is not permitted inside.
Towels and bed linen are included, with optional changes during your stay available for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed.
The building has a lift and two entrances, one with direct access to the beach promenade.

Wir haben einen schönen Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung direkt am Meer gehabt. Die Wohnung ist auch gut ausgestattet und es hat eine Parkgarage (kein zu grosses Auto).

We stayed for two months and had a fabulous time. The accommodations were all you could ask for. Location was perfect with the ability to walk out directly on the promenade and beach from one of the main doors. If you’re a sea glass collector, this beach is great! Grocery stores were with in walkin...
