The rural house Zentralclub Voltio, located in Belmonte De Miranda, offers views of the nearby mountains.
The 55 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and dryer.
Please note there is no air conditioning.
The building has an elevator.
Enjoy a private outdoor area with an open terrace and barbecue. Start your mornings in the property's shared garden.
The house is 30 minutes by car from Oviedo, 35 minutes from the airport, and 40 minutes from Cudillero, the coast, and the mountains.
It is the only rural accommodation on the Senda del Salmón. Other recommendations include horseback riding by the lakes, canoeing on the river, the Senda del Oso bike path, and numerous hiking trails. There is a parking space available on the premises.
Families with children are welcome.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed for an extra fee. Firewood is available from autumn to spring for an extra fee. Events and smoking are not permitted, but there is an outdoor smoking area.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are on site.
The property offers a hot tub open from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. This rental features energy and water-saving measures.
