The rural house Zentralclub Proton, located in Belmonte De Miranda, features a step-free interior and mountain views.
The 40 m² property includes a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and dryer.
Air conditioning is not available. You will enjoy a private outdoor area with hot tub, garden, terrace, and barbecue—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors during your stay.
The property is a 30-minute drive from Oviedo, 35 minutes from the airport, and 40 minutes from Cudillero, the coast, and the mountains.
It is the only rural accommodation on the Senda del Salmón. Recommended activities include horseback riding by the lakes, canoeing on the river, the Senda del Oso bike path, and many hiking trails. There is one parking space on the premises, plus an area for motorcycles and bicycles.
Families with children are welcome.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed for an extra fee. Firewood is available from autumn to spring for an extra fee. Events are not permitted, and smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor area.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 10:00. The property has security cameras and audio recording devices on site. The hot tub is available from 11:00 to 23:00. The house has a fireplace; only the provided firewood may be used (extra fee applies). The rental features energy and water-saving measures.
