The 68 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available. The property is situated just a 10-minute walk from the town centre and close to a bakery, a butcher's shop, a petrol station, a florist, the train station, a bus stop and the river.
Despite its central location near the main road, the neighbourhood is quiet.
The accommodation is also 35 km from Augustusburg Castle, 38 km from the Wurzelrudi amusement park, 45 km from Fichtelberg, 100 km from the Frauenkirche in Dresden and 105 km from the Monument to the Battle of the Nations in Leipzig. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The new hosts took over the family-run holiday apartment in 2021.
