Our lovingly furnished holiday apartment in an energy-efficient single-family house with a separate apartment offers 65 sqm of space for two to a maximum of four people.
The apartment is located on the second floor and features a large south-facing balcony with a wonderful view of the landscape, emphasizing the peaceful atmosphere of your stay. The apartment includes a spacious living room with balcony and TV, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
You can conveniently park your vehicle directly in front of the house on the property; two shared parking spaces are available.
Smoking and events are not permitted in the apartment.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
On the balcony, you have the option to use an electric grill, which is available on request for an additional fee. The apartment is situated between the cultural city of Chemnitz and the Ore Mountains, making it an ideal starting point for tours and hikes to the nearby Ore Mountains with its mountains, castles, and museums, as well as for trips to Chemnitz, Leipzig, Dresden, or the nearby Czech Republic. The apartment is also suitable for longer stays, such as for studies, training, internships, or legal clerkships. Recommendations in the area: - Chemnitz city center with opera house, city hall, and several museums: approx. 17 minutes by car - Dresden: approx. 60 minutes by car - Moated castle with golf course and riding stable: approx. 5 minutes by car - Outdoor swimming pool: approx. 5 minutes by car - Greifensteine with reservoir (popular swimming and excursion destination): approx. 15 minutes by car - Augustusburg Castle: approx. 30 minutes by car - Lichtenwalde Castle: approx. 30 minutes by car - Annaberg and Oberwiesenthal: approx. 25 and 45 minutes by car - Art and sculpture trail - Karlovy Vary (Czech Republic): approx. 90 minutes by car

Wir wurden ganz herzlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen.
