Located in El Masnou, Villa Masnou offers lovely views of the Mediterranean Sea. The 3-storey property has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating 10 guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated home office workspace, a TV, air conditioning in the bedroom hallway and on the top floor, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, a pool table and a cot. The property has a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, uncovered terrace, balcony and barbecue. The train and bus station is just a 5-minute walk away, while the beach, the marina with restaurants and a mini-market are 100 metres from the property. One parking space is available on the property, and street parking is also available.
Pets, smoking and events are not allowed.
Before leaving the house, please take out all rubbish bags accumulated during your stay and place them in the nearby bins. The tourist tax must be paid at reception as an additional charge per person per night. Please note that government water restrictions may be in place during your visit, which may affect use of the pool and watering of the garden or limit the use of tap water. A security camera connected to the alarm is located at the entrance to the house for your safety (it does not record).

Use of facilities especially the Pool. and roof terrace. fantastic views out to sea and down the coast past Barcelona
The property needs some upgrades as some of the fixtures and fittings are in need of replacement as they look tired and dated
The Bathrooms especially need renewing as trims loose and shower only partially worked
