Our accommodation is located in Premià de Dalt, a charming village in Maresme offering peace just 20 km from Barcelona.
Here you can enjoy the sea, mountains, and a variety of leisure activities for all ages: • La Poma BikePark (2 km): a well-known BMX and mountain bike circuit. • Isla Fantasía Water Park (6 km): slides and pools for the whole family. • Montmeló Circuit – Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya (22 km): hosts major motor events. • Maresme beaches: long sandy beaches with beach bars and a family-friendly atmosphere. • Hiking trails in Serralada Litoral.
Welcome to this bright and cozy space, located on the basement floor of the house, with a main entrance shared with the hosts, a private independent area, and direct access to the garden.
The stay features two beds in the main area, a single bedroom, and a full bathroom with shower.
A spacious sofa is perfect for relaxing or watching the flat-screen TV. Everything is designed so you feel at home in a peaceful and stylish environment.
Ideal for couples or travelers seeking a quiet place with all the comforts for a perfect stay.
Enjoy private bedroom and living room with access to various TV platforms.
There is also parking for bicycles or motorcycles, a private garden with outdoor dining areas, a private community pool with schedule, and laundry service available for an extra fee. We live in the same house and are always attentive to your needs.
