The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
It features a dining area with a fireplace, a spacious kitchen with access to the terrace and porch, three bedrooms (two doubles and one with two single beds), and two bathrooms. The owners live on the same property, but each rural accommodation has its own private and independent entrance.
There are four rural accommodations on the estate, all with private and independent access. Located in the municipality of Navès, in the Solsonès region, province of Lleida, at 610 meters above sea level, the area remains uncrowded and offers a pure, fresh-air environment. Solsona and Cardona, as well as the entire region, offer an ideal mix of culture, history, and natural beauty—perfect for those seeking an authentic and relaxing experience in the heart of Catalonia.
Barcelona, Andorra, and Lleida are easily accessible from the property. Additional information: - The water is filtered and drinkable but contains mineral salts; bringing your own water is recommended. - The barbecue cannot be used on very hot days or when there is a fire risk; please check availability.
Only charcoal may be used in the barbecue. - Fireworks, or anything that could cause sparks and start a fire, are not allowed. - Smokers are asked not to throw cigarette butts on the ground to prevent fires. - Pets are allowed on request, except for breeds considered dangerous. - Check-in is not permitted for guests under 25 years old. - Parties are strictly prohibited. - The property is ideal for families. - Please treat the property with care and leave it clean and in good condition at the end of your stay. - A tourist tax applies. - There is a sports area available; guests must bring their own sports equipment.

La casa es muy espaciosa y está muy bien equipada, tiene de todo. Disfrutamos mucho de la piscina y de las zonas exteriores. La desconexión de la rutina diaria y el estrés es total. Nuestra perrita estuvo encantada. Nos gustó mucho la proximidad y amabilidad de Carme y Alfons, propietarios de la cas...
