With direct outdoor access and a covered terrace, the house is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 guests.
It features a kitchen-dining area and three bedrooms: one with a 150 cm double bed and two with 90 cm single beds.
The property has two full bathrooms and a guest toilet, all equipped with a hairdryer, spare towels, and other essentials.
Located at 610 m altitude in the village of Navès, Solsonès region, Lleida province, the area remains uncrowded and offers a peaceful, natural rural setting.
The region blends culture, history, and natural beauty, perfect for those seeking an authentic and relaxing experience in the heart of Catalonia.
Barcelona, Andorra, and Lleida are easily accessible from the property. Important: - The owners live on the same estate, with a private and independent entrance. - There are four rural accommodations on the estate, each with a private and independent entrance. - The large estate offers spacious outdoor areas, allowing you to enjoy the freedom of being in the countryside surrounded by nature. - The water is potable and filtered but contains saline derivatives; bringing your own water is recommended. - The barbecue cannot be used on very hot days or when there is a fire risk; please check availability.
Only charcoal may be used for the barbecue. - Fireworks or anything that could cause sparks and start a fire are not allowed. - Smokers are asked not to throw cigarette butts on the ground to prevent fire risk. - Pets are allowed on request, except for breeds considered dangerous. - Check-in is not permitted for guests under 25 years old. - Parties are strictly prohibited. - A tourist tax applies. - There is a sports area available; guests must bring their own equipment.

Escapada en grupo estupenda. Fuimos un total de 29 personas y la estancia fue muy agradable y cómoda. Lo mejor, el trato que recibimos por parte de los propietarios. ¡Volveremos!

Ibamos a volver a pasar unos dias en familia estas Navidades en Sant Grau, pero el Covid nos ha impedido poder disfrutar en grupo de este lugar tan bonito... Hracias Carmen por su amabilidad y comprension al devolvernos el dinero que dimos de paga y señal. Sin duda volveremos a contactar.

Una estadía excelente. Un entorno natural increíble con todas las comodidades que te puedes imaginar.
Casa completamente equipada y acondicionada. La piscina increíble y los dueños una maravilla.
