Located in Siegsdorf, the country house Gutshof an der Alten Linde offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
This is one half of an old farmhouse and part of a beautiful estate.
Spread over two floors, the property features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (each without toilets), and two separate WCs. The sofa in the living room converts into a bed for two, accommodating up to six guests in total.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a workspace for home office, a TV, washing machine, and dryer.
A baby cot is also available.
The holiday home also has a garden. As guests, you receive the Chiemgau Card, granting you numerous free highlights in the region, from mountain railways to swimming facilities. The proximity to the A8 motorway ensures excellent transport connections and makes trips to various destinations easy, but also means that traffic noise is clearly noticeable outside.
The accommodation is therefore less suitable if you value peace in the garden and do not primarily plan excursions.
Parking is available.
There is a storage room for motorbikes and bicycles as well as a ski depot.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside.
The property follows recycling guidelines and is equipped with energy- and water-saving facilities. After booking, you will receive a contact form via the booking platform, which you are kindly asked to fill out completely.

Wir waren mit 3 erwachsenen Personen untergekommen und waren sehr zufrieden.
Urige Wohnung wohl vom Stall zur Unterkunft umgebaut.
Wurden von der Besitzering die nebenan wohnt herzlich empfangen. Bei Fragen stand sie gerne zur Verfügung.
Ein gelungener Urlaub. Alles bestens, sehr zu empfehlen.
Die Autobahn ist in der nähe ist aber kaum zu hören.
Grüße aus dem wahren Norden (Lübeck) nicht aus Irland
Ein alter Gutshof,alles trotzdem sehr angenehm und geruchlos.

Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen. Die Küchenausstattung war 1. klassig, alles ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus hat ein sehr gutes Wohnklima. Betten waren super. Handtücher im Überfluß. Aufteilung der Küche mit dem Eßzimmer wohnlich.
Die Kinder hatten ihre Freude in dem Haus ! Eine ca. 300 Jahre alte Linde vor der Haustür !
Wie in vielen Ferienwohnungen -, Häusern der TV-Part. Funktionallität überall anders und kaum zu verstehen !
