Located in Siegsdorf, the country house Gutshof an der Alten Linde offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
It is one half of an old farmhouse and part of a beautiful farmstead.
The accommodation extends over two floors and includes a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (each without toilets), and two separate WCs.
The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed for two people, allowing up to six guests in total.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a workspace for home office, a TV, a washing machine, and a dryer.
A baby cot is also available.
The holiday home also features a private garden. As guests, you receive the Chiemgau Card, which grants you numerous free highlights in the region, from mountain railways to swimming facilities. The proximity to the A8 motorway ensures very good transport connections and makes excursions to various destinations easy, but it also means that traffic noise is clearly noticeable outdoors.
The accommodation is therefore less suitable if you value a quiet garden and do not mainly plan excursions.
Parking is available.
There is a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles as well as a ski depot.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
The property follows recycling guidelines and is equipped with light- and water-saving facilities. After booking, you will receive a contact form that you are asked to fill out completely and provide your address.

Wir waren mit 3 erwachsenen Personen untergekommen und waren sehr zufrieden.
Urige Wohnung wohl vom Stall zur Unterkunft umgebaut.
Wurden von der Besitzering die nebenan wohnt herzlich empfangen. Bei Fragen stand sie gerne zur Verfügung.
Ein gelungener Urlaub. Alles bestens, sehr zu empfehlen.
Die Autobahn ist in der nähe ist aber kaum zu hören.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche im Gutshof an der alten Linde. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und wunderschön eingerichtet. Wir waren sechs Personen und es war auf jeden Fall groß genug. Die Bäder und die Küche sind ganz frisch renoviert.
Die Gastgeber sind äußert freundlich und pflegen ein...
