The holiday home "Assiolo" in Magliano in Toscana is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a hill view.
The 150 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
The "Talamone" bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a fan, heating, a washing machine, air conditioning in the hall as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot is also available for a fee. The accommodation features a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue (available if the regional ordinance allows it.) and a playground. The surrounding area offers a picturesque landscape, health resorts, biological and archaeological parks as well as culinary and wine routes.
Further recommendations include the thermal baths of Saturnia, the Uccellina Park, Grosseto, tourist boat trips from Talamone and Monte Argentario to Giglio Island, horse riding tours in Alberese and Castiglione della Pescaia.
In addition, the property is only a short drive from the sea and public transport links are located within walking distance. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee. Wi-Fi is not available. Smoking is not permitted. The doors are wide and easy to access. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. Sustainable materials have been used in the insulation at this property. Quiet place characterized by agricultural activity in the neighborhood during the day. Air conditioning is available in the corridor in front of the bedrooms and is only available upon request.

Alles. Die Natur, der Ausblick, die Ruhe, die Nähe zum Meer. Es war alles perfekt und so wie beschrieben. Danke und weiter so. Für zukünftige Planungen wäre es natürlich sehr toll wenn es noch einen Pool gäbe. Platz wäre genug. 😃 Das würde dem Ganzen noch die Krone aufsetzen.

The house has a terrace with breathtaking view of the surrounding secluded landscape, lots of space inside and a beautifully kept garden for exklusive use. The owner Domenico is very welcoming and a superb host.
Besides from occasional agricultural machine sounds there is lots of silence, bird and insect songs.
We should have had more time to stay.
