The holiday apartment "Geranio - Agriturismo La Fattoria" is located in Grosseto and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones.
The 40 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, heating, as well as a fan. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The extra sofa bed is only for a child. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden and a barbecue, is also available for your use. The property is located 15 km from the Parco della Maremma.
Furthermore, the area is ideal for mountain biking and excursions. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome.
Air conditioning is available on request. Only one pet is allowed upon request and for an additional fee. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property has a step to access it, not suitable for a wheelchair. The accommodation is part of a farm with animals. Regular and electric bikes are provided (subject to availability). This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on-site. This property has light and water-saving features. The electricity at this property is partly generated by photovoltaic panels.

Die Wohnung war mit 2 anderen Wohnungen so gestaltet, gegengleich, so dass man nicht direkten Kontakt hatte mit den Nachbarn. Obwohl es ein landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb ist, bekommt man gar nichts mit.
Hühner,Hund und Katze besuchen einen gelegentlich. Man kann frische Milch,Joghurt, Eier und Kuchen für den nächsten Tag bestellen. Vielen Dank nochmal für die nesbole frisch gepflückt vom Baum.
