Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, you will find a shared courtyard with tables, perfect for relaxing.

The house accommodates 4 to 6 adults, with a maximum of 7 people including children.

Shops and walking paths are within walking distance.

Free public parking is available 50 meters away, and you may stop briefly at the end of the cul-de-sac. The bedrooms, located on the first floor, are air-conditioned.

The house features a semi-open kitchen to the living room, three spacious bedrooms with double beds—one with a mezzanine and a single bed (a second single bed is available on request), a bathroom with WC on the ground floor, and a shower room with WC upstairs.

The shared courtyard is used with the neighboring house and equipped with tables (one for four people and one for two), to be used while respecting the neighbors' peace. Security is ensured by bars on the ground floor windows and a metal gate at the courtyard entrance.

Amenities include TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, electric oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, central gas heating, dishes, and small appliances.
