Located in Saturargues, this cozy 22 sqm studio accommodates up to 2 guests with 1 living room featuring a comfortable 160 cm convertible sofa bed. You will find a fully-equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and coffee machine.
The studio includes step-free access and interior, air conditioning, heating, high-speed WiFi for video calls, TV, and a bathroom with toilet. Step outside to enjoy your private uncovered terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and 2 lounge chairs.
You also have access to a private grill and private whirlpool located in an outbuilding, plus a shared garden area. Parking includes 1 shared on-site space and parking available in the street.
Up to 3 pets are allowed if they are sociable, as the property is shared with the owners.
The large terrain is fully enclosed by a 1.8 m wall for safety.
Events are not permitted on the property.

Studio neuf et propre, très bon accueil, impeccable pour les chiens avec de l’espace pour mes deux beaucerons et surtout la possibilité de les faire courir aux alentours ! Et en plus Christophe prend les chèques vacances! Franchement top.

Studio très bien équipé. L'accueil de Christophe a été très agréable. Avec discrétion mais très à l'écoute de nos besoins. Je reviendrai avec plaisir et je recommande vivement. De plus j'ai été reçue avec mes animaux de compagnie. Un grand merci pour cela.
Grand et beau jardin.
L'endroit est calme, les environs très sympa pour de jolies promenades.
