This 48m² flat for 4 people, located on the ground floor, has a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and a cabin bedroom with bunk beds (the top bunk for children over 6).

There is also a large, bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, coffee maker, induction hob, microwave, etc.), a modern shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC. A range of equipment completes the apartment (Wi-Fi, television, fans, Bluetooth speakers, etc.). This flat also has a private 20m² garden opening onto the residence's garden, facing the sea and offering an exceptional view of the islands, as well as the kitesurfing, windsurfing and wingfoil spots! Just cross the road and you'll find yourself on the beach, swimming, sunbathing, taking advantage of the many water-based activities or just relaxing with your feet in the water.
