In Rivedoux-Plage, the holiday flat "Le Phare", overlooking the ocean, is the perfect place to spend an iodised holiday, as a couple or on your own, and to discover the charms of the Ile de Ré and La Rochelle! This 25m² studio for 2 people, located on the 1st floor, has a bright living room with a sofa bed (160 X200 cm) and all the facilities you need for your comfort.

There is also a fully-equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, etc.) and a modern shower room with WC. A range of equipment completes the package (Wi-Fi, television, fan, Bluetooth speaker, etc.). In addition, this flat has a terrace facing the sea, with a beautiful view of the ocean and the Chauveau lighthouse, as well as the kitesurfing, windsurfing and wingfoil spots! Just cross the road and you'll find yourself on the beach, swimming, sunbathing, taking advantage of the many water-based activities or just relaxing with your feet in the water. The residence, comprising just 6 homes, is a friendly place, with a focus on the sea, well-being and gliding. It has a fully-equipped gym (machines and yoga mats) with a sea view. Racks for boards and an outdoor shower are also available in the garden at the rear of the building. A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is also available, as is a bicycle room.
