Livadia Seaside Studios is located in the heart of Parikia, the main seaside town of Paros island.
It has an excellent location - literally a 4 minute walk to the Livadia beach, public transport, seaside restaurants, bars, café, supermarkets, pharmacy, a 10 minute walk to the main Parikia port & Parikia town with the famous Church of Ekatontapyliani, shops, public transport, banks, taverns, bars, nightlife and town facilities and 11km from the Paros Airport.
It offers beautiful white & blue cycladic-style self catering studios, with balcony, free wifi, en suite bathrooms, linen & towels, lcd tv, air-conditioning, air cooker, fridge, kettle, cooking plates, cutlery & crockery , dining area & outside courtyard and there is free parking in the area.

We enjoyed our stay on Paros. This studio home was nice for us. It is a short walk to a small beach, many restaurants, the port, and many other conveniences. The room and shared area was clean and people are friendly and almost always available. Harry (our host) was always available by text/WhatsApp...

Very friendly and helpful host. Clean little studio apartment with veranda. Quick walk to town, shops and restaurants.
Huge problem working with VRBO-confusion about payment, etc.
