Conveniently set close to the beach in Paros, the studio apartment "Livadia Seaside 6" has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The 17 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 2 people.
On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV and air conditioning. The property has access to a shared outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace and a covered terrace. The beautiful Livadia beach is set in just 4 walking minutes from the studio apartment.
The center of Parikia and the port can be reached in 7-10 minutes on foot.
Public transport links are located within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed.
Owners are asked to make sure the pet does not disturb the neighbors with noise and does not damage the amenities. Guests are asked to be careful with the room keys.
A special card is needed to turn on the electricity in the room. Change of bedlinen and towels is provided every 3 days. Recommendations of restaurants, beaches, night bars/clubs, water sports, island day cruises and other destinations can be offered on site. This property features energy-saving lighting.

We enjoyed our stay on Paros. This studio home was nice for us. It is a short walk to a small beach, many restaurants, the port, and many other conveniences. The room and shared area was clean and people are friendly and almost always available. Harry (our host) was always available by text/WhatsApp...

Very friendly and helpful host. Clean little studio apartment with veranda. Quick walk to town, shops and restaurants.
Huge problem working with VRBO-confusion about payment, etc.
