The large, light-filled kitchen-living room creates a cozy atmosphere and offers a modern kitchen, which is fully equipped.
In the bedroom there is a large bed, which invites you to rest after an eventful day.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.
In addition, there is a separate spacious storage room.
Since 2023 guests can also make use of a sauna for an additional charge. The southwest facing terrace offers plenty of space to soak up the sun, enjoy the peace and quiet, read a book or even end the evening with a glass of wine under the stars. The train station is a 7-minute walk away and the village store is a 3-minute walk away (+ fresh food counter, bakery).
A farm store is a 15-minute walk away, the Restaurant Zum Adler is a 4-minute walk away and there are several swimming opportunities in the surrounding area: Bodmann - 10 minutes by bike and Ludwigshafen - 15 minutes by bike. The cozy vacation apartment in Wahlwies near Lake Constance invites you to relax and linger.
The accommodation is located in a very quiet location with a beautiful view of the countryside.
The region offers countless hiking, biking and swimming opportunities, as well as numerous excursion destinations.
Since the small village Wahlwies is located on the western tip of Lake Constance, it is a great starting point for exploring the upper and lower part of the lake + surroundings.
Switzerland is also not far away and worth a trip. In front of the apartment is a small private parking space.
A small staircase leads down to the bright vacation apartment. Bicycles can be parked in the shed. Bringing pets is not allowed. Towel and bed linen change can be offered during the stay. Guests are requested to respect quiet hours during their stay (no noise and no outdoor parties after 11 pm). This accommodation has policies in place to assist guests with proper waste separation.
