La posizione è molto vicina al centro, si è direttamente nella zona pedonale e a due passi dal mare
In ordina di importanza considerando anche il prezzo speso (1230€ per la prima settimana di settembre)
1. La struttura è molto vecchia e necessita di un'ampia ristrutturazione.
2. Non ci sono prese della corrente moderne (quelle rotonde e quelle con le spine grosse. Ora tutti gli elettrodomestici m...
