The apartment is located on the first floor of the villa and has a private entrance.
The 85 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with 2 open terraces.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, which is open year-round, a grill, and an outdoor shower.
The property is a 10-minute walk from the city centre, with all services, and it is also just 4 minutes away from the beach.
In addition, the train station Fontane Bianche which can take you to Avola, Noto, Rosolini, and Siracuse is just 100 m. away. 2 parking spaces are available on the property.
