Located in Fontane Bianche, the 'In Villa con piscina' holiday apartment offers guests a fantastic sea view.
The apartment is on the first floor of the villa and features a private entrance.
With 85 m² of space, it includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional toilet, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The property boasts a private outdoor area with 2 open terraces.
Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area featuring a swimming pool (open approximately mid-March to late October), a grill, and an outdoor shower. The home is just a 10-minute walk from the town center with all amenities and only 4 minutes from the beach.
Fontane Bianche train station, with connections to Avola, Noto, Rosolini, and Syracuse, is just 100 meters away. There are 2 parking spaces available on the property.
Pets are not allowed, as the owners have a small dog on site. All exterior doors are fitted with mosquito screens.
The host is available if needed, for example, to help organize mountain bike tours or boat rentals (with or without skipper). This property follows recycling rules; more information is provided on site.
