Located in Fontane Bianche, the 'Nord in Villa Sele' holiday apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The apartment is on the first floor of the villa and has a private entrance.
The 45 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 3 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area with an open terrace.
There is also a shared outdoor space with a pool (open from mid-March to the end of October), a grill, and an outdoor shower. The property is a 10-minute walk from the town center with all services and just 4 minutes from the beach.
The Fontane Bianche train station, offering connections to Avola, Noto, Rosolini, and Syracuse, is only 100 meters away. There are 2 parking spaces available on the property.
Pets are not allowed, as the owners have a small dog on site.
All external doors are fitted with mosquito screens. The host is available if you need anything, such as organizing mountain bike tours or boat rentals (with or without a skipper). The property follows recycling rules; more information is provided on site.
You can book sunbeds at nearby equipped beaches. In addition, a shuttle service is available; details are to be agreed directly with the host via the booking platform.
