The parking is easy in the street of the house. The house is composed of : A living room / lounge / US kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fully equipped. Three bedrooms A shower room, separate toilet Garden room with barbecue. Small basement with washing machine. Location: You will be only 10 minutes walk from the train station, the town centre and the beach. 500 metres from a small supermarket, 1 bakery, 1 pharmacy, 1 kilometre from the train station, 1.5 kilometres from the beach, 1.5 kilometres from the town hall and the market hall, 2 kilometres from the Thiers pier (boats to Cap Ferret or tour of the Basin) 10 kilometres from the Dune du Pilat, 13 kilometres from the ornithological park at "le teich".
