In the heart of the Bassin d'Arcachon, this 70m2 house welcomes you for a sweet stay for four.

It's located at the crossroads of the Leyre delta, the Landes de Gascogne forest and the Bassin d'Arcachon, where a wild, unspoilt world awaits you. From the house, it's just a few meters to the beach (Plage Joigny 200 m away and Plage Pereire next door, where you'll find greenery, a skate park and children's games). The cycle and pedestrian path provides easy access to the town center or Le Mouleau. Local shops include Carrefour market, bakery, pharmacy, grocery store and rotisserie. The house has an outdoor space with a terrace and a small patch of greenery.

You'll love meeting up there for breakfast and grilled meats in the evening. Inside, you'll find two lounges: one with plenty of light thanks to its beautiful windows, ideal for meetings, and the other inviting you to relax in front of the TV or read a book.

As for the kitchen, it's very well equipped (gas hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer) so you can prepare your meals with ease. Then you'll find two bedrooms with double beds (140 and 160), ideal for a good night's sleep.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the house has a bathroom with toilet, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, two fans, barbecue and high chair. Bed linen and towels are not included by default, but can be provided on request from our concierge.
